This notice describes website analytics and appointment requests on the Rainbow Super Speciality Hospital website.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our home, about and facilities pages. Google may process browser and device information and use analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Analytics does not load until you allow it.
We do not run this tag on appointment, contact, doctor, department, service or insurance pages. We do not send form entries, names, phone numbers, messages, URL query strings or referring page addresses to Analytics. Advertising signals and automated interaction tracking are disabled.
Your preference is stored in your browser. Analytics cookies are configured for a 90-day lifetime. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer; this stops our tag and removes its analytics cookies from this browser.

Appointment requests
When you submit the appointment form, we collect the name, mobile number, requested speciality, consultant, preferred date and time, optional message, submission date and time, and your consent record. We use this information only to review the request, contact you and coordinate the appointment.
The request is recorded in a restricted Google Sheet and emailed to the hospital account. It may also be sent to the hospital WhatsApp number through WhatsApp or opened for you to send. Google and WhatsApp may process the information as service providers. Do not include detailed or urgent medical information in the optional message. An online request is not an appointment confirmation.
Hospital staff should retain appointment requests only as long as needed for patient coordination and applicable record-keeping requirements. To ask about, correct or delete a website appointment request, call the hospital and provide the request reference.
Other services
Our website includes Google Maps and social media links or embeds. These providers may receive information when their content loads or when you open their services. The analytics choice controls our Analytics tag, not those separate services.
